A Closer Look at Nike Dunk Low PRM Medium Curry

Brand: Nike

Model: Dunk Low

Release Date: January 28

Price: $110

Editor’s Notes: As we’ve told you before, Nike is following up a stellar year for the Dunk by churning out a slew of general release colorways and high-profile collaborations alike. Today we get a look at one of the best GR colorways, which is set to release in just a matter of days.

Courtesy of official imagery, we see the Medium Curry Dunk Low done up in shades of Sail, Medium Curry, and Fossil. The upper of the shoe is constructed from suede, while a perforated leather toe enhances breathability. A Fossil-colored Swoosh tags the pair alongside, as additional Nike branding appears on the tongue, heel, and insole. The Dunks are then completed with a rubber outsole in the Medium Curry hue.

While there is certainly no shortage of Dunks on the way, we have to say the “Medium Curry” iteration is one of the best general release colorways to surface recently. If you’re into it as well, you’ll have the chance to cop this week on January 28 when it releases for $110.

The Shock Drop for the 2021 Air Jordan 1 University Blue

Jordan Brand just unveiled its Spring 2021 retro sneaker releases, providing us with a taste of what’s to come in the new year.

Arriving in “University Blue”, the iconic sneaker gets dressed in a colorway that’s begging to be called a classic. Equipped with durable leather all throughout, white paints the side paneling and toe, while University Blue pops on the overlays around the midfoot, heel, and toe. Black then plays a role on the Nike Swoosh and Wings Logo as well as the inner liner. A white midsole and University Blue outsole then brings the design to a nice finish.

The 2021 Air Jordan 6 “Carmine” Will Feature Nike Air On The Heel

For any serious sneakerhead, the image of Michael Jordan in the Air Jordan 6 Carmine will be burned into their brain. As the first sneaker that earned His Airness an NBA Championship, the Jordan 6 is an important part of MJ’s career. Although there have been numerous retros of the AJ6, they’ve all opted to use the updated Jumpman on the heel. However, that all looks to be changing in 2021. We now have confirmation that the “Carmine” Jordan 6 will drop with Nike Air on the back.

This sneaker really needs no introduction but we’ll give you a quick history lesson. Constructed in white leather and contrasted with bright red nubuck on the panels, the “Carmine” is a perfect representation of Michael Jordan’s career. Padded ankle supports allow for quick turns, whilst the heel tab and tongue offer an easy solution to putting these on. An iced sole is an updated touch, but this 2021 retro has remained close to the OG. Complete with “Nike Air” on the heel, this is going to be one for the OG Jordan fans.

The news of the Air Jordan 6 “Carmine” making a return is big in the sneaker community. For now, a rumoured release date of February 13th has been set, making these a perfect Valentines Day sneaker.
